Buildable floor area on a Dhaka plot

Pick the density block, plot and road under DAP 2022–35, amended December 2025. Area FAR comes from the block; plot FAR comes from the road width. The lower of the two is the base, the higher is the ceiling, and incentives fill the gap. Out come floor area, flats, storeys and parking under the Building Rules 2025.
